Where it all started. This was our first flavor that we launched with in 2011 and has remained a best seller. Kadota Figs from J Marchini Farms in central California, Ritrovo Selections aged balsamic, and a hint of fresh rosemary make this flavor a standout. An essential addition to any cheese presentation, Balsamic Fresh Fig brings out the flavors of most artisanal cheeses. I like to say it's never met a cheese it doesn't like. Come to think of it, neither have I.
